Click on the "Open" link at the top of the accordion view to expand it.

Click on the little magnifying glass at the top right corner of the accordion view.

Set the appropriate search fields to find the your customer.

Note: Ensure that the Type is set to Customers to search for the customer.

Enter either the customers name, unit, or phone number and click the Search button

5. Open the Customer Card

Scroll down to just below the search fields and find the customer that you searched for. Then, click the Open link underneath the Status column. Success! You've just searched for a customer in CallPotential.
