1. Expand the Accordion view and Click on the Follow up Tab

Alternatively, you can just click on the follow up tab straight from it's contracted view. The follow up tab is color coded as light blue.

Underneath the follow up tab, you will see the names of the leads that you are to follow up with for the day. Click the one you wish to call, and it will load their lead card.

You will need to first select your name from the employee dropdown menu.

4. Click "Start Followup Call"

Click the Start Followup Call button at the top left corner of the lead card.

5. Answer your phone and connect

Once you have clicked the Start Followup Call button, the button will change to "Call in Progress...", at which point it will ring to your phone in the office. Just answer the phone, and press 1 to connect to the customer. The phone will then start ringing to the customer's phone.

6. Enter your note

Type up a brief summary of what happened on the call, so there is a record of what was said for future reference.

7. Save the Card!

Scroll down to the bottom of the card and click the Save button on the left side of the screen. You now have successfully made a followup call!
