1. Expand the Accordion View

Click on the "Open" button at the top of the accordion view.

2. Click the New Lead button

Click on the little "+" symbol at the top of the accordion view to get a blank lead card to fill out.

3. Select Employee Name

First, select your employee name off the dropdown.

Fill out the lead card with as much information as possible. This would include the lead's first and last name, phone number, mobile number, email address, source, etc. You will also want to include if this lead is an Inquiry or Reservation by selecting either off of the dropdown menu.

5. Select the appropriate Inventory

5. Select the appropriate Inventory

Scroll down to the middle of the lead card and select the inventory that the new lead is wishing to Reserve or Inquire about. Apply any Specials/adjustments as necessary by changing the fields in each respective column.

For Inquiries: You will not have to select a specific unit number using the "select" link.
For Reservations: You will have to select a specific unit number using the "select" link.

6. Success!

Scroll down to the bottom of the lead card and click the Save button at the bottom right. You have created your own walk in lead!
