Not receiving a call pop when customers call in?

1. No Call Pop
If you are noticing that you are not receiving the call pop when customers are calling into your site, you can take a few steps to get them working again prior to reaching out to support! Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue with call pops not showing up.
2. Chrome Settings
The first thing you will want to do is access your Google Chrome settings to ensure that you have pop ups enabled in your browser settings. To access these settings, all you have to do is click the button at the top right corner of your browser window (1), and then select "Settings" off the drop down menu.
3. Show Advanced Settings
Once into the Chrome settings page, you will want to scroll all the way to the bottom and click the "Show advanced settings..." link. This will expand the list of settings for you to pick through.
4. Content Settings...
After the list exapnds, you will want to click the "Content Settings..." button, located directly underneath the "Privacy" section in the settings page. This will open up a lite window in which you can enable or disable pop-ups in your browser.
5. Allow Pop-ups
In the Lite window, you will want to scroll down to the "Pop-ups" section, and check the "Allow all sites to show pop-ups" box. Alternatively, if you wish to just enable to the pop ups for CallPotential, simply click the "Manage exceptions..." box, and type in the URL field "http://app.callpotential.com". This will allow pop-ups only for CallPotential. Once you are finished making your change to the settings, click the "Done" button at the bottom right corner of the window.
6. Exit Settings & CallPotential
After changing the settings to allow pop ups, you are going to want to close out of CallPotential completely and re-launch it. This will ensure the settings are applied to your current session. To do this, you will want to close out of the browser window AND shut down the running CallPotential application in the background. You can do this by right-clicking on the little black radio tower in your TaskBar, and clicking "Exit".
7. Re-Launch CP & Test
After completely shutting down CallPotential, the next step is to re-launch the program and test the call pop. First, you will want to click the desktop icon (1), to send the little black radio tower to your TaskBar. After the black radio tower appears back in your TaskBar (2), you can double-click that icon to launch the program in your browser window.
