How to use the Lead Lookup Tool on incoming calls, and for Creating a new lead for an Existing Customer

1. Pull up an Unprocessed call/Answer incoming call
Occasionally, your leads will call in from a different phone number that the lead was originally created as. Because the system matches these incoming calls by the phone number, in the event the lead calls from a different number, the lead will not automatically be pulled up. In this case, you'd want to use the "Find Lead" link, to pull up the existing lead. First, after accepting the call, click on the "Find Lead" link. This will be located next to the location name, at the top right of the lead card.
2. Click Find Lead to search for the lead
Once you click on Find Lead, you will be able to search for the lead in your system! You can use the Phone number, name, or even manually search for your leads by date in the columns below. Once you have found the lead, simply click "Select" and the lead's card will be pulled up. At this point, you have synced the call with the existing lead, and can make any appropriate changes and save the card.
Create a Lead for An Existing Lead/Customer
- Press the + button to Create a New Lead
- In the ThinClient or the Agent Interface, click the + button to create a blank lead card
- Click "Find Lead"
- On the Lead card, at the top right corner of the card, click the Find Lead link
- Find the Existing/Lead Customer and select them
- You can use the "Type" drop down to select either Customer or Lead to mimic the information from
- Then, you can search by name/phone/unit, and click select next to the lead or customer
- Click New Lead
- On the next pop up window, click new lead
- This will create a new lead card with that same individuals information, and tie their SiteLink account to the lead
