CallPotential is designed to grant specific access to a user based on the role that was assigned to them when their account was initially setup.
Roles
- Administrator - This role has complete, unrestricted access to all features and settings in CallPotential
- Manager - This role has the ability to create employees. Also has elevated access to other functions not available to subordinate roles.
- Call Center Agent -This role has access to the Agent Dashboard.
- Employee - This role has the ability to interact with leads and customers. Also has access to grading and reports.
- Evaluator - Has access to grading and reports.
