The purpose of this guide is to ensure that CallPotential has access to your StorEdge API.
Access
(A) Corporate - Click to open your list of integrated facilitates.
(B)Settings - Click to open your available settings.
API Settings
(C)API - Click to open.
(D) Call Center Service - Call Potential - Click the blue link to access the API permission settings.
(E)Active - Make sure this box is checked.
(F) Specific API permissions - Confirm all your API permission boxes are checked and appear blue with a checkmark.
(G)Access all facilities - Check this box to ensure all current and any locations added in the future will also allow CallPotential to access them when integrated.
(H) Update Api association - Click to finish the process.
