If a call comes in and you do not process the call (work within the system to categorize and save the call), it will show up on your Unprocessed list. Unprocessed calls could include calls you answered while out on the property away from your computer or even voicemail messages. You will want to process all calls so they can be tracked properly.

  • (A) History icon - Click to access your Unprocessed Call list. The (B) number badge indicates how many calls need to be processed.
