CallPotential requires the facility ID to properly integrate with the location. This guide walks you through how to acquire it.
Access Your Integrated Facility List
- (A) Corporate - Click to open your Corporate dashboard.
- (B) Settings - Click to open your Settings dashboard.
- (C) Facility Info - Click to access your list of facilities.
Access Your Facility IDs
- (D) Edit - You will need to click (D) Edit for every integrated facility that you want an ID. Proceed to (E) for the facility ID and then repeat this step to access a different facility ID.
- (E) Facility ID - This is the last 32 characters of the URL. Highlight what appears after facility-info/. You will need to repeat (D) to access another facility and then this step for every CallPotential integrated facility. Note: In addition to providing CallPotential the facility IDs, please ensure CallPotential has been given access rights to them as well. For more information on providing access rights, click here.
