This guide explains how to access Customer cards. The Customer card contains the complete Customer profile such as unit, payment & contact information as well as notes entered through CallPotential and a way to complete a manual Collection event, if applicable.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Access Customer List

  • (A) Customers - From the left hand navigation column, click to access the Outstanding Events list. Note: The left hand navigation column is available from anywhere in the system.
  • (B) ALL - By clicking Customers, the system will initially take you to the Outstanding Events list where you can complete manual Collection events. Click ALL to access the full list of Customers, both current and delinquent.


Filter the List to Find a Specific Customer Card

  • (C) Search - Enter the specific Customer name, phone #, email address, or unit #. Note: The list will dynamically update as you enter information.
  • (D) All - Click the dropdown to filter the Customers list by Current or Delinquent status.
  • (E) All Locations - Click the dropdown to filter the Customers list by all the location(s) you have access.
  • (F) (+) icon - Click to filter the Customers list by the additional criteria of name, email address, phone number, and unit number.
  • (G) Apply - Click to update the list by the selected filters. 
  • (H) Reset - Click to clear any applied filters and return the list to its default state.


Sort the List to Find a Specific Customer Card

  • (I) Column Name - Click any column name to sort that specific column. Click 1x to sort by alphanumeric order and 2x to sort by reverse alphanumeric order.


Access a Specific Customer Card

  • (J) Open - Click to access the specific Customer card.
