Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.
(A) Status dropdown - From inside the Lead card, click the Status dropdown to access available status options.
(B) Cancelled - From the list of available options, select Cancelled.
(C) Reason dropdown - Click to access and select a reason why the Lead will be cancelled.
(D) Competitor dropdown (optional) - If you learn the Lead did rent from another facility, click the dropdown to access and select the competitor.
(E) Notes (optional) - Add explanatory notes regarding why the Lead was cancelled.
(F) Confirm - Click to close the Cancel Lead window. Note: This becomes enabled after a reason has been selected.
(G) Save - Click to save changes to the Lead's record.
