This report provides insight into calls that came in and went out through CallPotential.


Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

  • (A) Location - All locations listed on your account. Each row contains location-specific data.

  • (B) Inbound Calls - The total number of calls received through CallPotential.

  • (C) Inbound Lead Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Leads.
  • (D) Inbound Customer Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Customers.
  • (E) Inbound Collection Calls - The total number of calls that came into the Collection line.
  • (F) Inbound Other Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Other.
  • (G) Outbound Calls - The total number of outbound calls initiated through CallPotential.
  • (H) Outbound Follow-up Calls - The total number of follow up calls.

  • (I) Outbound Collection Calls - The total number of Collection calls.
