(A)History - Click to access the Unprocessed list.
Navigating the Unprocessed list
(B)Unprocessed list - The Unprocessed list will open by default.
(C)All list - Click to access the entire Interaction History list.
(D)List to Call/Read the Text - Click anywhere on the communication item to either listen to a recording of the call or read the transcript of the text.
(E) Filter by Communication type dropdown - By default, all communication types will show in both the Unprocessed and All list. Click to filter the list by communication type.
(F) Filter by Time dropdown - By default, the list will show all items. Click the dropdown to filter by a specific time period.
(G) Filter by Location dropdown - By default, the list will show items at all locations you have access to. Click the dropdown to filter by a specific location(s).
(H)Additional Filters - Click to access the additional phone number and employee filter.
(I)Apply - Click to update the list according to your selected filters.
(J)Reset - Click to remove all filters and view the entire list.
(K) Sort dropdown - By default, the list shows items from newest to oldest. Click the dropdown to reverse the sorting order.
(L)Page Pagination - Enter a specific page in the Unprocessed list or Next to advance the list to the next page.
(M) Results per Page dropdown - Click the dropdown to adjust how many items appear on each page.
