You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and create custom variables.
Access
- (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.
- (B) Variables - Click to access the full list of searchable Custom and System variables.
Add Variable
- (C) Variable Name - New variable names must follow this format - {custom.XXXX} with the newly created variable name replacing the XXXX.
- (D) Default Value - Click to enter the default value.
- (E) Add Item icon - After clicking, the newly added variable will appear in alphabetical order within the list and be available for use in.
