Step 1 - Disposition the Lead

  • After answering an Unknown call, you will be brought to a Greeting tab (A) inside a blank interaction card.
  • Once determining the caller is a Lead, click Lead (B) to classify the call as such and open a new Lead Card (C).



Step 2 - Enter Caller's Name

  • This will open a new Lead Card (C).
  • Click the matching record (D) in the dropdown after initially typing in the person's name.
  • Click +more (E) to see additional names. 



Step 3 - Preview

  • Use the directional arrows (F) to see additional Lead Cards if this Lead Card isn't the correct one.
  • Cancelled (G) confirms that this Lead has a status of cancelled.
  • Save (H), Neighbors (I) & Add (J) are disabled while in this preview mode.
  • Date Needed (K) will default to today's date.  Update as necessary. This will drive future lead follow-ups.



Step 4 - Merge Confirmation

  • After updating any necessary information, click Confirm (L) to merge this previewed Lead Card to the existing Lead Card.
  • Click Confirm (M) once again in the Merge Cancelled Lead popup.
  • Click Cancel (N) to cancel this merge and continue editing in preview mode.



Step 5 - Active Status

  • Lead status is now Active (O).
  • Click Save (P) to save changes and close the Lead Card.
