Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.
- (A) Location - Indicates each location that has graded calls.
- (B) # Grades - Indicates the total number of graded visits at a location.
- (C) Avg Grade - Indicates the average score at a location.
- (D) Grade Columns - Provides more detailed grade breakdown information for each location.
