Reference Column
- (A) Employee - Indicates the specific employee that has graded calls. By clicking the employee’s name, you will be brought to the Employee Grade Detail Report.
Data Columns
(B) # Grades - The total number of graded employee calls.
(C) Avg Grade - The average grade from all employee graded calls.
(D) Grade Columns - Provides more detailed grade breakdown information for each employee.
