Reference Columns
(A) Sr No - Indicates the item’s serial number.
(B) Location - Indicates each location that has graded calls. By clicking the location name, you will be brought to the Location Grade Detail report where you will be able to view each call by clicking the letter grade next to each call.

- (C) # Grades - Indicates the total number of graded visits to a particular facility.
- (D) Avg Score - Indicates the average score at a particular facility.
