Note: This feature may have been disabled by your management team and, if enabled, is only used when there is a name mismatch between CallPotential and your management software for a particular Lead ID.



Step 1 - Open Dropdown and Select Rented

  • From inside the Lead Card, click the dropdown arrow (A) next to Active.
  • Select Rented (B).



Step 2 - Mark as Rented

  • Adjust Purchase Date (C).
  • Enter Comments (D).
  • Click Confirm (E).



Step 3 - Save

  • Click Save (F).
