Access - Depending on your management settings, you may not have this option. If you do have this option, we recommend using it very sparingly as it will delay future follow-ups.
RETURN TO THE MAIN SUPPORT PAGE
There are times when a scheduled Follow-Up event appears on your list and you want to delay it until a later date. For example, if the Lead just called you or stopped in, it may not make sense to call them. In this instance, you can choose to delay the event. Please note that you should always adhere to your company's policies regarding delaying Follow-Up events. They have built a specific Follow-Up schedule and variating from this schedule should always be considered very carefully. If the Delay button is not displayed in the Lead Card, your management team has disabled this feature and you will be unable to delay the event.
