This report gives you an overview of the calls that come into the facility, as well as the leads created and their status, by month. With all reports, you are able to either download the CSV file, or email the report directly from this screen.

2. Location Column

This column refers to the locations listed on your account. Each location has a row, so that all data directly to the right applies to said location.

This column is a key for the remaining columns, from top to bottom:
a. Calls - The number of calls that have come into the facility
b. Calls - Non Collection - The total number of Inbound Non-Collection related calls that came into the facility
c. Leads - The number of leads created off the calls???

d. Rented - The number of Leads who rented
de. Expired - The number of leads that are no longer active (ie: cancelled)
ef. Complete Followup - The number of leads that completed the followup workflow???
fg. Removed (Manual) - The number of leads that were manually cancelled
