Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.
(A) Sr No - Indicates the item’s serial number.(B)Location - Indicates each location that has graded calls. By clicking the location name, you will be brought to the Location Grade Detail report where you will be able to view each call by clicking the letter grade next to each call.
