When you are brought to a blank page instead of the Agent Dashboard

1. Agent Dashboard Refresh
The Agent Dashboard is your home screen: the screen you want to have up when you are idling. If for some reason your screen is blank instead, the first thing you would want to do is refresh the page. This can be done at the top left corner of the screen, by clicking on the browser refresh button (red arrow).
If this does not solve the problem, you should reach out to customer support as soon as possible, through the "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner of the screen, or by calling us on our support number (green arrow).
