1. Call ringing to computer instead of Phone
If you are hearing ringing coming into your computer, through the speakers, but you are not hearing your phone ring, there are a couple things you can check. First, you would want to make sure that you are not seeing the "Accept" and "Reject" buttons on the call drop down (red arrow). If you are seeing these, like you see in the picture above, move to Step 2. If you do not see these buttons, move to Step 3.
2. Connecting Via Phone
Because you saw the "Accept" and "Reject" buttons on the call drop down, this means that you are Connected Via Computer, and that is why you are not hearing your phone ring. In order to correct this, you will have to log out (red arrow), and then log back in. After you log back in, you will have to be sure to select the "Connect Via Phone" method. From here, you will just enter your phone number in, follow the prompts, and verify when your phone is rung by the system. If this does not solve the problem, move on to Step 3.
3. Contact Customer Support
If your call drop down looks like the picture above (red arrow), with no "Accept" and "Reject" buttons and you still are not hearing your phone ring, you should contact customer support as soon as possible so we can take a look at this for you. You can either use the "Chat Now" button (green arrow), located at the bottom right corner of the screen, or you can call us on our support number (blue arrow), at the top right of the screen.
