1. Check your volume
First thing to always check if you are not hearing any sound out of your speakers are the volume. If you have external speakers, ensure that the volume is turned up on the speaker. Also, make sure that the volume is turned up on the computer. You can do this by clicking on the little speaker cone located at the bottom right corner of the screen, next to the clock (red arrow). Pull the bar up to maximize the volume and see if that fixes the issue.
If this does not fix the problem, proceed to Step 2.
2. Playback Devices Enabled
If the volume is already turned up and you still cannot hear anything, you will need to make sure that your speakers are selected to put out sound. To do this, you can right-click on the same little speak icon, located next to the clock (red arrow), and select "Playback devices". Proceed to Step 3 to see what settings need to be selected here.
3. Sound Window
After selecting "Playback devices", a window will come up that lists the speakers that you have enabled. Make sure the correct speakers that you are using are check, by double-clicking on the speakers you wish to use (red arrow) and selecting "Use this device (enable) off of the Device Usage Dropdown box, located at the bottom of the window (green arrow).
If this does not work, proceed to Step 4.
4. Contact Customer Support
If the above steps do not solve the problem, and you still cannot hear any sound, you should contact customer support as soon as possible so we can take a look for you. You can do this by clicking the "Chat Now" button located at the bottom right corner of the screen (red arrow), or by giving us a call at our support number, located at the top right of the screen (green arrow).
