- Click the '+' sign to start a new lead
- Once you start typing the current
- When the screen populates, select Find Lead in the upper right corner:
- In the Search box, change Type to Customers and in the Customer Name field, enter the existing tenant's name and click Search. When the name appears in the list below, the system will suggest names currently in the system. Select the current tenant name from the list of suggestions:
click the blue Select: 
- a smaller box will appear asking if you'd like to create a New Lead or Existing Lead/Customer. Select the New Lead button:
- The new lead will then populate with the current tenant's info:
