1. Setting up Email Report

First, in order to begin receiving your CallPotential Snapshot Reports, you must turn the feature on. To do this, you will have to login to the WebAPP with your administrator credentials, at http://app.callpotential.com . If you have forgotten your log in credentials, you can reach out to support at 877-552-2557, or by using the "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Once you have logged into the WebAPP, you will want to select the "Advanced Dashboard" sub-tab, and then click the "Setup Email Notifications" link, located under "Miscellaneous Setup".

If you have already set up the CallPotential Snapshot report, and just want an explanation on what each column means, skip ahead to Step 3.

2. Picking a Frequency

Once the Email notifications lite window pops up, the first field is the one you are going to want to focus on. The drop down next to this field will allow you to choose how frequently you wish to receive the report. If you select Weekly, you will be required to select which day of the week you wish to receive the report. If you select Monthly, you will be required to select which day of the month you wish to receive the report. Once you have selected the appropriate settings, click the "Save" button.

3. CallPotential Snapshot Report Explained

According to your Email Notification settings, you will receive the report every day, on a specific day of the week, a specific day in the month, or elect to not receive the report at all. Once you do receive the report, you will notice several columns. They are as follows:

Calls
1. Total - the total number of calls that went through CallPotential
2. Inbound - the total number of inbound calls that went through CallPotential
3. Outbound - the total number of outbound calls that went through CallPotential
4. Unprocessed - The total number of calls that have not yet been processed

Leads
5. Total - the total number of leads created in the given date range
6. Follow ups - the total number of follow ups completed in the given date range
7. Outstanding Followups - the number of outstanding follow ups
8. Active - the number of active leads for this location
9. Lost - the number of inactive/cancelled leads for this location
10. Rented - the number of closed/rented leads for this location

Collections
11. Complete - the number of collections events that were scheduled and completed
12. Error - the number of collections events that received an error, and were unsuccessful
13. Outstanding - the number of collections events that are currently still awaiting completion
