The purpose of this guide is to explain how to configure the Tenant Portal settings through StorEdge to ensure a successful experience within CallPotential.

Access

  • (A) CorporateClick to open your Corporate Dashboard.

  • (B) SettingsClick to open your Settings Dashboard.

  • (C) Rental Center Settings - Click to access your list of Rental Center Settings.

  • (D) Tenant Portal - Click to access the Tenant Portal settings.


Configure Your Settings

  • (E) Prevent Tenants from Changing their Contact Information - This can be set to Yes or No and will not impact CallPotential from functioning properly.

  • (F) SaveOnce you've completed edits for a particular setting, this becomes enabled. Click to apply your new setting. Note: Each setting has its own Save which you will need to click if you've made changes.

  • (G) Prevent Tenants from Enrolling in Autopay - We recommend this get set to No otherwise it can affect autopay enrollment though CallPotential.

  • (H) Prevent Tenants from Making Partial Payments - We recommend this get set to No otherwise it can impact when an employee attempts to take partial payment for a tenant.

  • (I) Display Combo when Overlocked Tenant Pay-Balance to Zero - This can be set to Yes or No and will not impact CallPotential from functioning properly.

  • (J) Prevent Tenants from Moving in to Another Unit - This can be set to Yes or No and will not impact CallPotential from functioning properly.

  • (K) Prevent Tenants from Moving out of a Unit - This can be set to Yes or No and will not impact CallPotential from functioning properly.
