Once you've created a Custom
VariablesVariable,
they will need to be defined at your locations. Defining a variable means youyou will need to create, or define, an actual value that will take its place at your location(s). For example, if you create the Custom Variable, Manager Name, you will then need to
identifyassociate a name
,with it such as John Smith
, to replace it. This will allow John Smith to automatically
appearreplace the Custom Variable in places like your script or collection or follow-up communication. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to associate a Custom Variable to an actual value.
