While working in a Lead card, users may have the ability to adjust a unit's rate. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to give different users unique minimum and maximum limits on how big those rate adjustments can be.

You must be signed into the Web Client CallPotential's web version as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and edit rates.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all your available administrative settings.

  • (B)Rate Adjustment - Click to access Rate Adjustment limits page.

Edit Rate Adjustment Settings

  • (C) Adjust Percentages - Click to adjust the greatest percentage decrease and increase a user is allowed to make. Note: Each user can have a specific maximum and minimum percentage. Web app users are divided into Administrator, Manager, Employee and Agent groups, each with the following groups each having their own limits.
    • Administrator
    • Manager
    • Employee
    • Agent
  • (D) Save - After making adjustments, click your edits, this will become enabled. Click to save changes.
