You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and edit rates.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.

  • (B) Rate Adjustment - Click to access Rate Adjustment limits.


Edit Settings

  • (C) Adjust Percentages - Click to adjust the greatest percentage decrease and increase a user is allowed to make. Web app users are divided into Administrator, Manager, Employee and Agent groups, each with their own limits.
  • (D) Save - After making adjustments, click to save changes.
