This guide explains how locations that don't use management software can mark a Lead as Rented or how integrated locations can mark Leads as Rented when there is a name mismatch between CallPotential and your management software for a particular Lead ID. 

Access Note: This feature may have been disabled by your management team.
  • (A) Status - From inside the Lead card, click the dropdown to access available status options. Click here to learn how to access a specific Lead.


Status Selection

  • (B) Options - From your list of options, select Rented.


Fill in the Details

  • (C) Purchase Date - Click the calendar icon to access a calendar and adjust the purchase date.

  • (D) Comments - Enter explanatory comments. 

  • (E) Confirm - Click to apply the new status.

  • (F) Save - Click to save changes to the Lead record.
