Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.
Access & Selection
(A)Statusdropdown- From inside the Lead card, click the Status dropdown to dropdown to access the available status options .and select (B)Cancelled - From the list of available options, select Cancelled.
Reason & Competitor
(C) Reason dropdownReason- Click to access available reasons and select a reason why the Lead will be cancelled. Entering information here is important as it will reflect in the Cancellation Reasons Report.
(D)Competitordropdown (optional) - If you learn the Lead did rent from another facilitysomewhere else, click the dropdown to access and select the competitorwhere they rented from.
(E)Notes (optional) - Add explanatory notes regarding why the Lead was cancelled.
(F)Confirm - Click to confirm the information entered and close the Cancel Lead window. Note: This becomes enabled after a reason has been selected.
(G)Save - Click to save changes to the Lead's record. Note: A cancelled Lead will be removed from your Follow-up events.
