Access & Selection

  • (A) Status dropdown  - From inside the Lead card, click the Status dropdown to dropdown to access the available status options .and select (B) Cancelled - From the list of available options, select Cancelled.


Reason & Competitor

  • (C) Reason dropdown  Reason - Click to access available reasons and select a reason why the Lead will be cancelledEntering information here is important as it will reflect in the Cancellation Reasons Report.

  • (D) Competitor dropdown (optional) - If you learn the Lead did rent from another facilitysomewhere else, click the dropdown to access and select the competitorwhere they rented from.

  • (E) Notes (optional) - Add explanatory notes regarding why the Lead was cancelled.

  • (F) Confirm - Click to confirm the information entered and close the Cancel Lead window. Note: This becomes enabled after a reason has been selected.

  • (G) Save - Click to save changes to the Lead's record. Note: A cancelled Lead will be removed from your Follow-up events.
