- (E) Calls - The number of inbound calls per facility.
- (F) Calls - Non Collection - The number of total non-collection calls that have been received.
- (G) Leads - The number of Leads that have been created per facility.
- (H) Rented - The number of rented Leads.
- (I) Expired - The number of Leads that are no longer active (i.e. cancelled).
