Step 1 - Disposition the Lead

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality. 

Disposition as Lead

  • (A) Greeting tab - After answering an Unknown call, you will be brought to a Greeting tab (A) inside a blank interaction card.here allowing you to determine what type of call this is. 
  • (B) Disposition - Once determining the caller is a Lead, click Lead (B) to  to classify the call as such and open a new Lead Card (C).

Step 2 -


Enter

Caller's Name
  • This will open a new Lead Card (C).
  • Click the matching record (D) in the dropdown after initially typing in the person's name.
  • Click +more (E) to see additional names.

Step 3 - Preview

  • Use the directional arrows (F) to see additional Lead Cards if this Lead Card isn't the correct one.
  • Cancelled (G) confirms that this Lead has a status of cancelled.
  • Save (H), Neighbors (I) & Add (J) are disabled while in this preview mode.
  • Date Needed (K) will default to today's date.  Update as necessary. This will drive future lead follow-ups.

Step 4 - Merge Confirmation

After updating any necessary information, click Confirm (L)

Name - Your script my differ from this example as your management may have customized its contents.

  • (C) Name - Enter the name of the caller. 
  • (D) Select Matching Name - Click to select the matching name in the dropdown.
  • (E) +more - If you don't see the matching name in the dropdown, click to access additional names. 


Merge Lead - Save, Neighbors and Notes are not editable until you complete the merge process. 

  • (F) Directional Arrows - Use the directional arrows to search for additional Leads if this isn't the correct match.
  • (G) Cancelled - Confirms that this Lead has a Cancelled status.


Merge Confirmation

  • (H) Confirm - After confirming this is the correct Lead Card, click to merge this previewed Lead Card to the existing Lead Card. 
  • Click Confirm (MI) once again in the Merge Cancelled Lead popup.
  • Click Cancel (N) to cancel this merge and continue editing in preview mode.

Step 5 - Active Status

  • Lead status is now Active (O).
  • Click Save (P) to - Click Confirm to finalize the merge process or Cancel if this isn't the correct Lead Card.


Change Status to Active

  • (J) Status dropdown - Click to access a list of Lead status'.
  • (K) Active - Select Active.
  • (L) Save - Click to save changes and close the Lead Card.
