CallPotential's Multi-ring Feature enables inbound location calls to simultaneously ring multiple phones for times when an employee is not at the main phone.
Access Specific Location
- (A) Edit - Locate the specific location you wish to add a number and click to edit.
Add Additional Number
- (B) Add Number(s) - Add the additional phone number(s) to the location's primary phone, separated by commas.
- (C) Finished - Click to add the additional phone numbers to the location. Additional numbers will appear listed along with the main number in the My Locations page.
