Access

  • (A) ? - From any page with CallPotential, click to access available Support options.


Options

  • (B) Support Guides - Click to access CallPotential's on-line support documentation. This is a self-service option that allows you to search keywords to get specific, targeted assistance.
  • (C) Email Us - Click to automatically open a pre-addressed email directed to CallPotential Support agents. This option is best used for questions or requests that do not require immediate assistance.
  • (D) Chat with Us - Click to chat with a live Support agent for immediate assistance. This chat option allows our agents to remote into your screen; if necessary, to better assist you.
  • (E) Name & Email - You'll be asked to enter your name and email address before starting the chat. 
  • (F) Paperclip - Once connected with a Support agent, you are able to attach a screenshot by clicking on the paperclip.
  • (G) Minimize - Click to minimize the chat window.
  • (H) End Chat - Click the X to close the window once you've finished the chat.


Additional Help - Click to access additional Support options.

  • (I) Training - Provides direct access to CallPotential's on-line training site. Email or chat Support if you don't know your login or need to be registered for courses. 
  • (J) Phone - Click to access CallPotential's toll-free Support number and speak with an Agent.
