- (A) Location - All locations listed on your account. Each row contains location-specific data.
(B) Inbound Calls - The total number of calls received through CallPotential.
- (C) Inbound Lead Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Leads.
- (D) Inbound Customer Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Customers.
- (E) Inbound Collection Calls - The total number of calls that came into the Collection line.
- (F) Inbound Other Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Other.
- (G) Outbound Calls - The total number of outbound calls initiated through CallPotential.
- (H) Outbound Follow-up Calls - The total number of follow up calls.
(I) Outbound Collection Calls - The total number of Collection calls.
