Your local computer settings can sometimes interfere with or block CallPotential notifications. This guide explains how to ensure CallPotential call alerts will be consistently received on your machine.


Enable System Notifications on your Windows MachineNote: You can view and change your Notification settings at any time by completing these steps.

  • Click (A) Start.
  • Click (B) Settings.
  • Click (C) System.
  • Click (D) Notifications & actions. Then confirm that (E) Get notifications from app and other senders is set to "On".
  • Confirm (F) Google Chrome is selected to On

  • Confirm (H) Show notifications banners is checked.

Disable Focus Alert on your Windows MachineNote: You can view and change your Notification settings at any time by completing these steps.

  • Click (K) Focus assist. Note: Disabling the Focus Alert feature can be initiated from the same screen as steps (D) & (E).
  • Confirm (L) Focus assist and all the (M) Automatic rules are disabled (set to Off).


Ensure Chrome Notifications are Enabled for the CallPotential URL

  • Open Chrome and click the (N) 3 Vertical Dots in the upper-right corner.
  • Click (O) Settings.
  • Click (P) Privacy and security and then (Q) Site Settings.
  • You will need to scroll down the page to view the Permissions area. Select (R) Notifications.
  • Default behavior section - Ensure that (S) Sites can ask to send notifications is selected.
  • Allowed to send notification section - Ensure the (T) CallPotential URL is listed. If it is not listed, click (U) Add and enter htts://sys.callpotential.com.
