The purpose of this guide is to explain how to search for a specific Lead or Customer by accessing the complete list of Customers and Leads.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality. 

Access

  • (A) Search - From any page within CallPotential, click to search either Leads or Customers.


Leads - After clicking Leads from the Search icon, the list will default to the All Lead list. Note: To produce various sorting options, click each column title.

  • (B) Search - Click the window and enter a first or last name, phone number or email address to search for a specific Lead.

  • (C) Status - Click to search by status (Active, Rented, or Cancelled).

  • (D) Filter by Time - Click to search by the time a particular Lead was created.

  • (E) Filter by Location - Click to search by which location the Lead’s account is associated. You are able to search all locations you are assigned.

  • (F) (+) - Click to access these additional filtering options;

    • By Name
    • By Email
    • By Phone Number
    • By the Employee who Created the Lead
    • By Lead ID
    • By Lead Types
  • (G) Apply - Click to apply your search criteria to the result list.

  • (H) Reset - Click to clear all your search and filter criteria.

  • (I) Open - Click to access the specified Lead record.


Customers - After clicking Customers from the Search icon, the list will default to the All Customer list. Note: To produce various sorting options, click each column title.

  • (J) Search - Click the window and enter a first or last name, phone number or email address to search for a specific Customer.

  • (K) Status - Click to search by status (Current or Delinquent).

  • (L) Filter by Location - Click to search by which location the Customer’s account is associated. You are able to search all locations you are assigned.

  • (M) (+) - Click to access additional filtering options.

  • (N) Apply - Click to apply your search criteria to the result list.

  • (O) Reset - Click to clear all your search and filter criteria.

  • (P) Open - Click to access the specified Customer record.
