Default description

1. Pull up the Leads card

1. Pull up the Leads card

Navigate to the Follow up menu in CallPotential, and click on the lead you wish to delay follow up for. Once the card loads, click on the "Delay Followup" link

2. Set the Next Followup date

2. Set the Next Followup date

Click in the Next Followup Date field, and select the appropriate date from the calender

3. Set the Reason for delay

3. Set the Reason for delay

Click in the Reason for delay field and select the appropriate reason. Add a note if necessary

4. Click OK

4. Click OK

After you have entered the appropriate information, click OK

5. Save

5. Save

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Save, and the follow up has been delayed
