What is VoIP
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. In order to ensure high-quality phone service using VoIP, your internet speed must meet the following requirements.
- 10 mbps Down
- 5 mpbs Up
- Under 100 ping
Please follow this guide to test your internet connection.
Why should I consider CallPotential VoIP?
CallPotential offers VoIP service as a simple solution in configuring your phones to use our Lead Manager services. While it is not a requirement for implementing our services, it is often an easier option than working with your phone company and typically saves you money as compared to traditional analog business service. Lead Manager requires all of your Customer dialed lines to connect to the CallPotential system. In order to do this, your Customer dialed lines must be ported (moved) or forwarded to CallPotential. We then need a unique number/line at the location where we can send the calls to be answered. CallPotential VoIP can be the simple solution for this unique location connection line.
What is the cost?
CallPotential VoIP is $25/month per location. This cost includes VoIP service on up to 5 phones per location.
What equipment do I need?
