Launch CallPotential

  • (A) Application Tray - Click to open and access the CallPotential icon.

  • (B) CallPotential Icon - Click to open CallPotential to your Dashboard. If you don't see the icon in your application tray, proceed to step (C) to register CallPotential.


Register CallPotential

  • (C) CallPotential desktop icon - Double click the CallPotential icon from your desktop screen. If you do not see CallPotential on your desktop, please click this link to install it.

  • (E) Send Login to Email - Double clicking the desktop icon will open this window. Enter the (D) location email in the window and click Send Login to Email.

  • (F) Log in to CallPotential - Open the email that was sent to the location email from step (E) and click Log in to CallPotential.

Note: Depending on your Chrome settings, you may need to first click Open CallPotential in an additional popup screen before completing this step. If you accidentally click Cancel in this window, you will need to complete step (G), otherwise continue to step (H).

  • (G) Launch CallPotential - Click to launch CallPotential into your application tray.

  • (H) OK - Click OK to launch CallPotential into your application tray.


Launch CallPotential after Registering it

  • (I) Application Tray - Click to open and access the CallPotential icon.

  • (J) CallPotential Icon - Click the icon to launch CallPotential to your dashboard. Note: If you are using the same email for multiple locations, you will need to complete steps (K) & (L).

  • (K) Select Location(s) dropdown - Click the dropdown to select which location(s) you want to sign into.

  • (L) Launch - Click to open CallPotential to your Dashboard.
