1. Expand the Accordion View

Click "Open" on the accordion view to expand it.

2. Click the Search Button

Click the little magnifying glass in the top right corner of the accordion view to initiate a search.

3. Search for the lead

Set the appropriate fields, including location name, type (lead or customer), and the lead's name, unit, or phone number. Then, click the Search button.

4. Open the Lead card

Click the "Open" link next to the lead's name in the search field underneath the Status column.

5. Change the Status to Closed

5. Change the Status to Closed

At the top right corner of the card, click the dropdown next to the "Status" field, and select "Closed" to indicate that the sale has been closed for this lead.

6. Follow the Prompts

Click OK to changing the status to Closed.

7. Success!

The Lead Status has been updated successfully from Active to Closed.

NOTE: Keep in mind, once you mark a lead as closed you WILL NOT be able to mark them as any other status. The changes are final.
