The purpose of this article is to ensure the integration between StorEdge and CallPotential is appropriately set up so that all necessary data can be pulled into CallPotential and pushed from CallPotential to StorEdge.

Note: When you first step up your integration and the CallPotential API has been enabled, the following settings should be in place. Once your settings are complete, proceed to (A).

  • (A) On - Locate Call Center Service - Call Potential and confirm that it is set to "On." If it isn't, click the switch to turn it "On."


Access - Note: You need to log into your StorEdge account to complete these steps and your integration. You will need to complete steps (A) through (F) to confirm units are visible in CallPotential.

  • (B) Units - Along the left hand navigation, click to access your complete list of individual units.

  • (C) Individual tab - Make sure this tab is selected.
  • (D) Select a Specific Unit - All you need to do is validate that one, specific unit is integrated with CallPotential which you will do in steps (E), (F), (G).

  • (E) Rentable? - This setting needs to be set to "Yes." If it isn't, click (F) Edit Status to adjust it.
  • (G) Excluded from API? - If this reads, "Yes" you are finished; there is nothing else you need to do. If it says, "No" continue following the steps in this guide.

Note: Only continue this guide and complete the remaining steps if (F) reads "Yes".

  • (H) Corporate - Click to access your complete location list.

  • (I) Select (each) Location - Click the location name to update its settings. Note: You will need to complete steps (J) - (O) for each location you want integrated.

  • (J) Settings - Once inside a location, click to access its individual settings.

  • (K) Units - Click to access the Units page.

  • (L) Edit - Edit the unit you need to have shown in the API.

  • (M) Exclude from API - Confirm this box is unchecked.

Note: To complete the remaining steps, you will need to return to same screen described in (I).

  • (N) Settings - Along the left hand navigation column, click Settings.
  • (O) API - Under User Management, click API.
