The purpose of this guide is to explain how Fonality and RingCentral users can connect SIP numbers to their locations.

Access

  • (A) Type - From your Location Details page and with the This is a SIP address (B) box selected, click the dropdown menu. From here you can connect to either Fonality (C) or RingCentral (E). Note: For SIP numbers not using Fonality or RingCentral, leave the type as 'Other'.

Add Fonality

  • (C) Fonality - Select Fonality from the list of options.

  • (D) Extension - Enter your phone's extension in this window. From here, you can continue configuring your Location Details. Click here for more information on that.

Add RingCentral

  • (E) RingCentral - Select RingCentral from the list of options.

  • (F) Extension - Enter your extension in this window, which is the phone extension used to route the call to your location.

  • (G) Reconnect - Click to open a window where you can log into RingCentral and complete the setup to connect your phone with CallPotential.

  • (H) RingCentral Login - Enter the email or phone number associated with your RingCentral account and click (I) Next. Note: Once you've successfully completed the RingCentral login, this window will close and CallPotential will work with RingCentral for this location.
