Step 2 - Click Competitor Report.
Step 3 - Click the icon (A) next to Lead Management: Competitor Report and you’ll be brought back to Step 2. The date range selected (B). Use the filter option (C) to narrow your report, including updating the date range. You can export the report to another program by clicking (D).
Location (A) - All locations you have on your account. Each row contains location-specific data.
Leads (B) - Total Leads that have been lost.
Lost (C) - Number of Leads that have been cancelled with the manager selecting Lost to Competitors as the cancellation reason.
Competitors (D) - Top 3 competitors, in the given date range, that you lost the most Leads.
