Overview

Collections Manager allows you to;

  • Manage Customer accounts

  • Create Campaigns to schedule collection events for those tenants

  • Create and send custom templates to your tenants

  • Allow tenants to make payments in a variety of ways, including

    1. Pay-by-Phone

    2. Manager Payments

  • To learn more, book some time with us via our website



Collections List

All tenants that are scheduled for a manual call/email/text (SMS) will show on the Outstanding Collections List (A). When the tenant is on the list, the employee will be required to open that record (B) and complete whatever event is scheduled for that tenant.



The type of event will be denoted inside the orange button that shows in the Customer's card (once opened).
