Information on the Call Details Report

1. Summary
The Call Detail report will give you information about all the calls that come in through the facility's CallPotential tracked lines. This data will pertain to the given date range and locations included, and will record appropriate data on all calls that roll through your facility. To better browse through this data, you will be able to filter by Ad source (to measure affectiveness of your ads), Call Type (to measure the types of calls generated), the Status of leads generated by these calls, call duration, and even transcripted keywords from the actual call content.
2. First three columns
The first three columns will give you insight on the call that came in. The columns, from left to right, are as follows:
a. Call ID - the ID of the call (each call will have a unique ID)
b. Type - the type of call (ie: customer, non-lead, cancelled lead, payment, etc)
c. Ad Source - the ad (tracking number) that the call came in on
3. Next three columns
The next three columns give a bit more detail on the calls that came in. The columns are as follows:
a. Customer - the name of the customer who called in
b. Date/Time - the date and time of this particular call
c. Location - the location the call came into
4. Next four columns
The next four columns are as follows:
a. Employee - the name of the employee who handled the call (default user means the system handled the call automatically)
b. Duration - the duration of the call
c. Tracking # - the number that the customer dialed on this particular call
d. Caller Number - the customer's phone number that they called from
5. Last two columns
The last two columns contain clickable links. They are as follows:
a. Play - by clicking the "play" link in this column, you can listen to the call
b. Create/View - by clicking the "Create Lead" or "View Lead" link in this column, you can create a new lead off this call, or open the existing leads/customers card
