You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and view the exclusions list.
Access
- (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.
- (B) TXT Opt Out - Click to open text opt out settings.
- (C) View Exclusion List - Click to view the full list of excluded phone numbers.
Exclusion List
- (D) Search - Enter to search for a specific number. The list will dynamically update as you enter digits.
- (E) Filter by Location dropdown - Click to search for a specific location. All locations you have access to will appear in the dropdown. Once selecting a location, the list will automatically update reflecting only excluded numbers at the selected location.
